Plain rules for the paid Trailer Evaluator report.
A one time digital report about one trailer that you describe. It shows a price range, a suggested list price, an expected sale price, values by condition and model year, a dealer trade in range, and an explanation of how sure we are. It is made by our model from advertised trailer prices.
It is an estimate of advertised prices. It is not an appraisal, not an offer to buy, and not a guarantee of what any trailer will sell for. We never see the actual trailer. Condition, title, options, local demand, and the buyer can move the price a lot. Our testing shows typical estimates miss by about 14 to 18 percent for High and Medium confidence, and more for Low. That is why we do not sell the report when confidence is Low.
The price is shown before you pay. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Sales tax is added at checkout only if it applies.
If your report never arrives, the page will not open, or it has a clear mistake on our side, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund the full price to your card. Email [email protected] or call 930.233.0498 with the email you paid with. Because the report is delivered right away, we do not refund for a change of mind.
We email you a private link. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust. If you lose it, ask for a new one on the report page.
We keep your email, the trailer details you entered, and the report we made, so you can reopen it and so we can help if something goes wrong. We do not sell it. See our privacy policy.
The paid report does not use or change any TrailerGrade brand grade, and no one can pay to change a grade.
